Sitka Restaurant in Damansara Heights, is situated in the west of Kuala Lumpur and set in the 30- year-old shop lots of Jalan Batai. This intimate, 40-seat neighbourhood eatery is our interpretation of a modern restaurant.

The team looks to Southeast Asia’s natural larder for inspiration, combining traditional ingredients with modern techniques. We work with hand-picked local producers, fishermen and small farms to encourage and support sustainable food practices. Although some ingredients are imported we believe fresh is best and are constantly working towards providing our own food source within Malaysia.

The kitchen’s constantly changing innovative menu of modern cuisine consists of a focused all day menu. Honest food made with local and seasonal produce.

Sitka Restaurant offers casual all-day dining in a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere.
