Sitka Studio is a contemporary restaurant serving an ambitious tasting menu. Our food is provenance driven with virtually all of our ingredients caught, picked, foraged or grown within a few miles of Kuala Lumpur with only some interesting products brought in to complement, not dominate, what we already have.
Our approach to food allows us to innovate and focus on traditional techniques like fermentation, brining, pickling, smoking, salting and marinating to showcase the best of Malaysia’s produce. We are the bridge between local producers and you, our discerning diners. We have built relationships with farmers, fishermen and even milk producers to ensure that the ingredients we use are fresh, chemical free and the best Malaysia has to offer.
The menu is complemented by a list of natural and organic wines, champagnes and some favourites from our sister restaurant in the UK.
